About RTPCR Testing

RT-PCR has risen to become the benchmark technology for the detection and/or comparison of RNA transcript study of gene expression.

In this process the DNA is extracted from the cell by separating it from proteins, membranes, and other cellular material contained in the cell.

The test is performed on species of animal origin (cow, buffalo, goat ship etc.) and type of Beta Casein in the form of A1 and A2 using RT PCR technology.
